Basic Terms

• All The Following Documents Are Compulsory :
  Valid Driving License, Valid Passport / Adhar ID Card, Current Residential Address Proof, Company ID RATES, COST OF FUEL AND OTHER MATERIAL TERMS :
  
  Cost of fuel to be entirely borne by renter. An amount of fuel will be given with the car, the renter needs to return the car with the same amount of fuel or more if the car is to be picked up form the Clients given loaction. A min Fuel Charge of Rs.500/- is applicable if the car is given back below the reserve level. FREE FUEL - Offer is given on selected cars & it is a fuel discount voucher that needs to be redeemed online only.
  
  The car needs to be return with same amount of fuel when it left the Pune office incase the client returns the car in Mumbai. Incase the client does not return the car with the same amount of fuel. the cost of fuel + 10% fueling surcharge will be applicable.
  
  If the car is collected from Pune, and delivered/returned ay any location other than pune (e.g. Pune to Mumbai, i.e. one way journey) then it has to be returned with full fuel tank plus the fuel cost of returning the car back to Pune.
  
  If the booking is done under City Drive, and the car travels out of City Limits. Out of City Travel - fee of Rs.1500 + 10% Surcharge will be applicable. Minimum age � 24 years for renting a car & valid driving license for at least 2 years with no endorsement. Foreigners should possess a valid international driving license. Unlimited kms. offered are only restricted to State limits selected by the client/renter. In case of change in travel destination & State other than the one selected by the client the respective destination rates will be applicable.
• Cancellation And Refund :
  If the booking is cancelled 5 days before the travel date, 10% surcharge is applicable on the Base Cost / Sub Totel & full amount remaining is refunded. If the booking is cancelled 3 or 4 days before the travel date then 50% Refund - If the booking is cancelled 2 days before the travel date. Thereafter no refund will be given on booking cancellation or change in travel dates (Start or Return) or change in duration or no show. Booking will be canceled and no refunds will be processed, if proper KYC Documents are not submitted before the start of the rentals.
• Refundable Deposit, Rent :
  A refundable deposit is applicable for all cars, Deposits paid by Credit Card - The refund shall be processed in 6 business working days auto processed. In case of Deposits paid by Debit Cards / Net Banking - Correct Bank Account details need to be given in time. The Debit refund shall be processed within 23 to 25 working days (Sat,Sun & Public Holidays). Deposit will be automatically forfeited in case of accident / any damage to the car caused by any reason once & 10% Surcharge is applicable on the total amount. The client/renter should possess a valid Credit Card/s issued by a National / International Bank . The Rent & the refundable Deposit is to be paid upfront.
  
  Any Traffic Fine received in your travel period will be charged to you deposit or on your credit card + 10% Admin processing charge will be applicable.
• Responsibilities & Disclaimer :
  The client/ renter will be fully and solely responsible for the daily upkeep, Police Challans, interstate taxes, tolls, minor maintenance of the car, accident/s, any offences, misuse or illegal use of car and the Company will not be liable to pay any amount on any account including any compensation claims. In fact you indemnify Company against all such claims and damage caused. In case of any accident, damage caused or for any reason whatsoever renter/client will not abandon the vehicle/car at any place but contact the Company representative and follow the instructions designed for client care and administration convenience in such an unforeseen circumstance.
  
  There may be delays, interruptions and/or other problems with the information and services owing to unforeseen circumstances or Force Majeure Causes and in such situation renter/client agrees not to assert any claim/legal action against Company. Rates & Rules are subject to change without prior notice.
  
  Billing Cycle from 00.00 hrs to 23.30 hrs. The Car needs to be Returned to the rental station by 11.30 pm/23.30 hrs cut off time, if any delay is caused, then for the time range of next 15 to 60mins. Rs.500.00 will be charged & if further delayed beyond said 60 mins., then booking Extension to next day as per respective "Daily Rates" will be applicable. Hourly Billing cycle extension will for min of 6 hrs.
• Note :
  GST - 18% is applicable on all rentals + 10% Surcharge is applicable Damages / Late fee / or any other amount charged other than rental amount which is per paid online. Other terms as per rental agreement apply and these terms shall be a part of the rental agreement and shall be deemed as supplementary and complimentary to each other.
  
  You hereby guarantee that all the information and documents furnished by you is true and correct to the best of your knowledge and information and if any of this is found to be false/forged/fabricated then we/Company reserves a right to immediately terminate the agreement and do the needful.
